Any MBA/B.Tech/B.E candidates can apply for The Eagles Program . Coaching and mentoring by functional experts. Opportunity to participate for building behavioral and leadership skills and stipend will be paid duringthe program. There will beCross-functional field assignments. After the completion of this eighteen week Entry-Level-Leadership Program, the candidates will be assessed and successful candidates will be eligible to be considered for employment. Candidates should also have Good communication and inter-personal skills, Superior drive and result orientation, Good computer skills, Flexibilityto travel and to relocate.
