BMS engineer to perform following activities
Hardware engineering which involves
1. Study of mechanical drawings, cut sheets, specifications.
2. Preparation of I/O summaries, writing sequence of operations, selection of field devices like temperature sensors, pressure sensors, damper actuators, valves etc
3. Making control schematics/wiring diagrams using ACAD/Visio
Software engineering which involves
Programming of BMS systems like AHUs, chilled water system, VAVs etc.
Onsite commissioing
1. Read engineering drawings (Mechanical, wiring)
2. Do precommissioing test/loop test/functional Tests/SAT
3. Interaction with customer/vendors
Qualifications
1. Good analytical abilities needed.
2. B.E. instrumentation/Mechanical
3. HVAC domain knowledge
4. BMS/PLC engineering and commissioing hands on experience
4. Good communication
5. Should be willing to stay in Pune (People hired from Chennai start asking for transfer after six months)
6. Must be open to travel abroad
