Eligibility:
  1. Strong interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a dispersed team and individually.
  3. Ticket re-assignment to L2 if ticket unresolved by L1 (where ever applicable)
  4. Ticket reassignment to PRG’s if ticket unresolved by L1 (where ever applicable)
  5. Routing / Chasing of tickets with other PRG’s
  6. Recording trend of calls and identifying outages proactively
  7. Callbacks for customer not reachable cases & customer request
  8. Identifying the trend of calls / tickets and highlighting it to L2 / TL as applicable for outage confirmation
  9. Creating child tickets and tagging them with problem ticket
  10. Callback the user and confirm resolution (where ever applicable)
