TRICK- Make 2-3 accounts for each site, for example Monster.com. In each Account submit your resume with a slight change in resume. Put Address of different city in different resume. Like make an account for monster.comwith address of pune, in other account put address ofMumbai, in third account put address of Bangalore.
Reason for this- Companies prefer candidates from local city because they are available readily. Like company in pune prefer candidates from pune itself.
Important- You can use address of any friend or relative in different cities. One more very important thing. Always update your resume at the sites everyday positively, because recruiters see recently updated profiles.
