Job Details
Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ M.Tech/ M.E - (Electronics/Telecommunication) candidates from 2010/2011 batches with an aggregate of 60% and Above.

Job Description :
  • Layout Design of SRAM/CAM/Register Files custom/compiler memories.
  • Development of key building blocks of memory architecture such as Row Decoder, IO (CMUX, S-amp).
  • Instance level integration & verification of Compiler/ Custom memories.
  • Top level floor planning for Placement, Power & Global Routing.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
  • Possess good knowledge on CMOS fabrication process, foundries and challenges in latest technology nodes.
  • Control Skilled in pitched layout concepts is a must.
