Required Experience : 1 – 4 Years
Prefered Candidate Profile :
Candidates those who have at least 1years relevant hands-on experience in troubleshooting HP OVO, Nagios and NSM TNG , HPSIM, HP NNM, Compuware Wantage, Qradar, Infovista& Solsoft, Topaz, IP Label
Good understanding of SNMPprotocol and related technologies for Network, Server and application monitoring
Functional experience working with ITSM tools BMS Remedy, HP Service Manager
