Job Description:
*. Identify the outstanding claims with payers throughthe reports from clients.
*. Responsible for collections and following up with Insurance Companies on pending claims.
*. Business to Business calling (no sales calls).
*. Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes.
*. To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances.
