Gross : About 1.7-1.9 Lacs
Net: 1.35 lacs to 1.45 lacs perannum (Take home post deductions)
Net: Aprrox.12,000-/pm in hand
Free Transport to & from office
4) Location : Chennai
Designation/ Role : Technical Support Associate / Sr. Technical Support Associate
Joining Reqt : Immediate Joining after Interviews & Offer letter on completion of studies
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting issuesrelated to Desktops, Laptop’s,OS and system applications
2. Obtaining leads for purchase of Anti-virus software and/or other applications related to system functioning.
3. Maintaining high quality standards related to Customerservice.
4. Escalating support issues to the respective senior personnel depending on severity and nature of technical issue.
Desired Profile:
1. Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks ( Extremely important)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
4. Willing to work on rotationalshifts - 24/7
5. Willing to learn quickly about Computers & Networking and Technical services
6. Willinness to solve Customer problems any time
7. UG/PG Gradudates in IT / CSE / ECE / EEE / Computer Applications are encouraged to Apply
8. Any Graduate (outside above branches) showing STRONG desire to be part of Computer & Networking field along with Customer Service , are welcome to start their Careers with SITEL as 'Technical Support Associate'
