SonicWALL Infosecurity Pvt Ltd (wholly owned by SonicWALL Inc., USA) is hiringGraduate Trainee Support
Engineers for their global technical assistance centre (TAC) in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
*. Responsible for providingtechnical support across SonicWALL productlines via Phone/Chat & Emails in
*. 24x7x365 days environment
*. Assist customers with deployment of SonicWALL networksecurity products like Firewall/IPS and VPN
*. solutions
*. Provide technical solutions and workarounds for end users on the Level1 Calls onrespective productline
Requirements:
*. Willing to work in 24x7 environment in night shifts.
*. Good understanding of LAN/WANtopologies and technologies
*. In-depth knowledge of OSI Model, TCP/IP, IPsubnetting, Network Security basics, Routing, Switching
*. and basics of IPV6
Experience & Education:
*. Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience/Information Sciences/Electronic& Communications Engineering
