Coding- Sticking to coding standards and refractors code well.
Testing of Core Java e.g. Io,threads, net etc, JFC Programming, J2EE application enhancement, debugging and maintenance.
Knowledge of Singleton, XML, GUI programming.
Excellent Database knowledge.
Good knowledge Design patterns and multithreading concepts.
Shell scripting knowledge willadd advantage.
Able to analyze, Understandthe problem and prioritizing the issues
Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.
