Knowledge on the following concepts – backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management andmedia management.
Works in Process Driven, high degree of supervision environment.
Provides support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
May be required to work as on-call support or in shifts to provide 24×7 type of support.
